Hello,

I just purchased an '86 silver nautique with no manual. There is a line of buttons at the edge of the observors seat on the drivers side. They have no labels. I know the second from the bottom is the run switch, Top is the automatic bilge. Can anyone tell me what they are all for? I've searched the site and looked at the dash wiring diragram and still can't figure them out. Short of trying each one (and possibly shorting something out) I'd love some assistance.

Thanks in advance for reading and any replies.

Hey SunOrSnow,
I think the 86 is pretty much the same as my 84. On mine there's the (4) switches & fuses above the key ignition.
Top is a 3-way swithch (On/Off/On) for the running lights. The remainder are 2-way's.
2nd one down is an accy switch. (I have a stereo connected to this one. I'm not sure what factory used this for?) 3rd one down is my Bilge Pump. 4th one down is the blower.

If they are pushbuttons, they are
breaker switches and you won't have any
fuses. Its what I have on my 89, but unfortunately mine are on the right
side of the stearing wheel and arranged
in a different order.

However it shouldn't hurt anything to
try them. Here's what I have:

Auto Bilge
Manual Bilge
Blower
Nav lights - red/green light in front
Anchor Light - poll light in back
Ignition
Accessories 1 - radio
Accessories 2 - unused wire coiled under dash.
