This is a 351 small block Ford Commander engine from a 1985 Barefoot Nautique. I'm selling the block, the headers, the alternator, some pulleys, a used belt, the oil pan, and valve covers. The engine doesn't have a carburetor, raw water pump, distributor, or wire harness. The oil looks ok and the engine does turn. I was told this was a high performance engine which they put into the BFN. I've also found out that the Commander engine was a high performance engine, according to some, and others thought they were about the same as a PCM. This motor is going to need some work before it can be dropped into a boat. The engine is out and ready to be loaded for you to take home for $200. I also have the bell housing if you are interested.
