Sticky Airguide Speedo Needle

Does anyone know if you can lubricate these Airguide speedos? The speedo works fine (has new pitots too) but requires a tap tap to start marching up and tap tap to come back down from 10MPH. It seems to be pretty accurate once is starts moving.
