Oil pan, flywheel, balancer

I'm new so please forgive my ignorance!
I am looking at purchasing a Nautique vintage 89 to 95 with the 351W Ford engine, std rotation.
Do these engines use a special oil pan, or a car pan? If a car, is it a front or rear sump?
What type of flywheel is used- an automatic transmission flexplate, a manual flywheel or a special unit made for boats?
As most 351W engines are balanced to a 28oz counterweighted balancer and flywheel (or flexplate), are the boat engines the same? Do they use a special balancer that is boat specific?
