I recieved a new catalogue from one of my distributors yesterday and upon flippin thru the pages I saw that battery prices have increased about 50-75% this year. What!? I had a hard time selling motorcycle batteries to people for $80-100,never mind $140-180.That's right,$180 for a motorcycle battery! Anyway,after picking myself up off the floor,We called the rep looking for an answer. E.P.A. is what he said.All lead acid battery manufactures are affected and the increase will be across the board on all batteries. If you know you'll be needing batteries for your mower,boat,car,etc.this spring,buy 'em now or forever hold your peace.
