Appears to be a nice clean boat. Can’t go wrong on the price if it’s solid under the floor and a fresh water boat.

I sold both boats, i dont want another slightly more than i want this boat and it's too cool a lake and river cruiser.

Somebody save it !

It's not mine, afraid if i go look at it, it'll follow me home then there'll have be another build thread with out 2x4's and we'll have to go thru the whole "how the heck do ya wire an ignition" and stupid engine stuff again.

Somebody save it, it's too cool

Weird that 2 of the pictures look like a blue boat, just the shadow I guess.  If that's for real someone should drive up and give him the 8K today.

Nice job on the interior, but I wonder why dumping it after putting so much $$$ into it.  Also, why not show the engine

Definitely rough.  If stringers are ok that would be a good candidate for someone to put together a nice 2001 for reasonable money, assuming it really is a runner.  The problem is when you look at it you figure it was out in the elements uncovered for much of it's life, which likely means stringer problems.

Wow ... I thought it would.  Kind of a dog looking.

A 77 American Skier just popped up in my home town:

$17,000 in restoration of the engine must be a typo.  Smile

Exactly like my boat but no holes anywhere that I can see. Looks to be in amazing shape.

The Barracuda for $4,000 seems like a possible deal.  The 1080 Ski for $10,000 is just too pricey, even as nice as it looks.
