Can you use auto pro fluorescent dye in a 1990 ski nautique transmission? Dexron 3
Not sure if I overfilled or It has a leak! If so how much? |

Since you have some pretty bright red ATF in there now, I'm not sure why you want to add the dye.
If you can't find anything obvious and you're losing fluid, there's a good chance it's the front seal on the pump, which leaks into the bellhousing which then leaks into the bilge. You should be able to find it without using the dye and a UV light.
