I'm putting the ole 78 back together and as Murphy's would have it, I'm unable to find the one picture i need to put the hoses and rwp back on correctly.
If you have a front looking picture or even a diagram of the water path, it'd be a big help.

For your Reverse Rotation engine the screw head on the pump a little below the red arrow should be facing outboard like in the second picture

What size hose is needed for the lower t-stat housing to the RWP?

I think you mean from the lower t stat housing to the circulating pump Wink

It's 1 3/4 inch ID and a foot will take care of you.

A short piece about 2 1/2 inches or so between the circulating pump and the j tube and a longer piece from the j tube to the lower housing.

The longer piece is around 6 inches long
