Has anyone installed Edelbrock heads on an engine with ProTec?

I know these usually come w/ GT40 heads, but......

Thanks

I thought about it...I was thinking hard about using the Edelbrock RPM heads (#60229).  They would have matched up well with the Performer RPM intake manifold I had previously installed.  But I ended up selling that boat before pulling the trigger.  That boat was a 1994 and came with ProTec and throttle-body EFI.  I also strongly considered GT40-P heads.  I found a nice re-man set for only $600.

Thanks. Similar-'94 ProTec. I have (had) a really deep connection with Edelbrock. Their Performer series really perked up my '82. A ton.
The one thing about the ProTec is the knock sensor, It has larger threads than the corresponding hole in the Ebrock heads. Easy drill/tap, just wondering what anyone else had encountered...

Could you use a brass bushing to accomplish the swap.
