I bent the rudder shaft from my 1978 Southwind and was able to find a replacement. But, I’d like to get the bent one repaired and keep as a spare. Does anyone have any recommendations for a reputable place to get one straightened? Thanks for the help.

Any Prop Repair Shop MIGHT be able to handle it. Some here on this site have used Delta Propeller. They sent it too them. They are or were a site sponsor for many years.

Paul,
If you have a prop repair shop in your area, take the rudder into them and see what they say.

Thank you. I've tried a couple of prop shops near me but none of them are interested in the repair. I'll try Delta Propeller.
