Suggestions for removing the manifold? Looks like one of those stuck bolts challenges. I believe i will just replace rather than try to weld up the cast iron. Ideas? this is an '88 Ski Nautique. Exhause manifold leaking from bottom

Arther,
You may need to get to the bolt heads with a Dremel and a cut off wheel. Then go after whats left with a stud wrench or the crude way a "vise grip" .

A 50/50 mix of acetone and tranny fluid has proven to soak in to rusted bolts and help break them loose. I have used a propane torch to heat the area around the bolt and then apply more of the mix. Works best if you have a few days and can re apply a few times. It helps a lot.
