Nautique 2001 decal files

Perhaps this has already been discussed but I have searched through all the posts on decals I could find and did not find what I was looking for. I am in need of new decals for my 87 nautique 2001. I know a number of places used to make replicas but I am having a hard time finding someone that can make them. Nautique parts does still but only in white. I see in the reference section of this site there are files for the 2001 graphics. My question is has anyone used these files to create replicas? What would need to be done to have these files printed at a local shop? Just wondering if they would still have to mess with size and everything or if that is somehow built into the file and they would just have to print it. Thanks in advance for any help.
