Well, if you google for 'teek' you might have some problems. Try looking for 'teak'. I am going to be building a platform for my '78 this winter. I looked at a couple of sites for teak and it's really expensive. Like $38 for 1 board 4/4 2" x 6'. I was in my garage and I realized I have a lot of ipe left over from when I built my deck. I'm going to be making my platform out of that.

Hey Scott! Have your tried ebay? I've seen platforms for sell for around $200 or so for a 80's early 90's model. Would that work or maybe at least tear it down and reuse the wood for your needs? Might be worth a look. Scratch that!!! I just looked and saw two platforms for sale. $50.00.
