I have a 1999 Ski Nautique 5.8 without the Ho heads. what would be a good aftermarket upgrade and maybe an intake to get a boost in h.p.

So you have the carbed 260hp?
Most common upgrade is replacing to the gt40p heads, and your choice of edelbrock performer rpm or a weiand stealth
Put also a cam
