Need some advice on the best source for the hardware to add Perfect Pass to my 93 Ski Nautique with the Pro Boss 5.8L engine. Doesn't have to be the latest Star Gazer, just something that works, and won't cost me an arm and a leg.

Bill,
Check out the Perfect Pass Homepage: http://www.perfectpass.com/ There is a lot of great information there. If you poke around the products page, you'll get info on the differences. I'm guessing you might be able to get away with the RPM based system called "Perfect Pass Cruise." My boat came with the 3-Event Stargazer already installed by the previous owner, and I use the RPM mode a lot of the time anyway. Any inboard with a mechanical throttle can use the Perfect Pass, so you can definitely use it on your boat. |
