Airguide Speed Set Needle Problem

This is the needle you adjust (center of the speedo) where you want the driver to hold speed at. One fo mine adjusts great the other is dropped all the way down and does not adjust. Does anyone know how to get the bezel (glass/plastic dome face)off and how to fix this? I am sure I can figure a fix if I get the bezel off.

Remove the speedo from the dash pod. On a clean flat surface, roll the speedo/bexel back and forth between the surface and the palm of your hand with firm pressure. Continue until you can pull the bezel/lens off.
