Thinking of a1964 Correct Craft Barracuda

I know of a one owner 1964 BArracuda, 318 Chrysler that I may be able to purchase, It is all original exept for new upolstery, the plywood floor has been replaced and recarpeted, the engine has a an overhaul(rings, valves, bearings, it did not need an overbore)the original brown gel coat is a bit dull and faded but should buff back up.

What would the price range for this boat be?, what things should I ask (I have never been a boat owner)?, what are the things I should have checked.
