I purchased a new starter for a 1988 CC 2001 312 reverse rotation
I hooked up the starter and nothing ? I have brand new cables and a new starter solenoid. Took the starter out and placed a ground on the case and + on the stud - nothing Should there be continuity between the + terminal on the starter & the ground ? I have continuity and I think the new starter is bad. Need some help here ?? Thanks Dennis |

If you aren't sure about testing procedure take it to Auto Zone they will test it for free.
