What tools are required or how do 91 nautique coming pad side panel upholstery attach , or what tools are needed? 

Sorry I am not near this week to look and need to remove to get upholstery pattern right .

I removed mine with a pair of pliers and eventually a small socket driver combo. Easy peasy

Harbor Freight has nice low budget ratchet wrenches. usually 7/16" as the lugs are 1/4". the ratchet wrench lets you get where a socket is tight..
Hobby Boats can be expensive when the hobbyist is limited on their own skill and expertise.
