Can't help with the tray, but that hold down strap is .............well I just can't think of the right words to describe it Wink

I guess you want to do some battery locating for one reason or another.

Not a fan of the strap, but was thinking about adding a 2nd battery and this seemed a better location... i haven't seen this type of tray before and can't find one like it online... maybe its a white whale

Try eBay. There is a guy on there that makes nice hold down fixtures $40 for my optima
