I've got an 82 and it has that god awfull teleflex wheel housing behind the wheel. im trying to put a new wheel and hub assembly on, but the steering wheel won't come off. Can someone out there please tell me how without breaking something

pb-blaster and a gear puller if it's stuck. a slight tap with a hammer might break the corrosion. key word being slight.
you could use a strong board on the back side of the wheel with a long bolt,nut and washer. it might bend the wheel though. don't chip any teeth.
