This guy needs a kick in the A-- for doing that to Nautique. I think it looks really bad and not in a good way.

"You will not see one like it on the lake."

I sure hope not.

I'll bet he put 15k into making it look pimped out and then realized that the structure is all rotted out and wants to sell it.

Almost!!! The one that really got me was the 50's wood with the blower on the engine. Big red air scoop on top of the engine box.

I had to look at that thing again and it me. No "U", then I remembered that someone contacted the guy last year when he was trying to sell it and he said he "purposely"
misspelled Nautique. Good Stuff..... d

Kevin, I took your advise and looked at the all the PN bling boats before I ate anything. Wow, I wonder if they use their boats at all! It's amazing the amount of money to purchase plus all the money to customize has got to really add up.

Take a look at the post dates, the bling has been taking over at PN and I've been spending significantly more time here than there.

Oh & yeah i remember last year when that boat first surfaced on ebay, i think i was the one that emailed him & told him his lettering was spelled wrong, & he came back with some bs about how he meant it to be that way, yeeaaahh riiiight. I've seen some ugly ass boats, but god, i think that one takes the cake. people like that should stick to their riced out civics & leave classic boats alone!!

The boat is such a deviation from original that I think CC would have gone after him for Trade mark infrigment if he had spelled Nautique correctly!!!

Chris, There are hotels all over the place in that area. Check Expedia or whatever for Burr Ridge, Western Springs, Willow Springs.... These are all towns off off 55 and Wolf Rd. or Odgen Ave (the next exit to the North)....

Let me know if I can be of further assistance..

From what I remember it's nowhere near a "bad" area. Like Mojo said finding a hotel shouldn't be a problem.

79,

I heard HW rents out the back seat of the Cadilac by the hour if you get in a jam.

Ain't nobody sticking anything in my jam.

And there is a weight limit for the Caddy, anything over 200 lb get's bounced quinner's way. His Suburban has stiffer springs.
