Fred,
Anyone who had one, probably lost theirs too! So, https://www.etrailer.com/s.aspx?qry=Jack+Wheels" rel="nofollow - take a look a Etrailer. . The diameter of the down tube will be the critical dimension.

Check with Marty.Several years ago he was able to find the complete assembly, He might be able to tell you where to get a wheel. I think this is his current email- mtmabe@northstate.net

I made one for my old boat, I purchased a nice swivel wheel and it had a friction brake which came in handy. Welded a small pipe stub that was sized to slip inside the trailer Jack to the attachment plate and drilled a hole for the wheel lock pin. It worked perfect till I sold that boat. It was removeable as needed. It was much better quality than the original allowing me to roll the trailer around with a lot less effort but to keep it from rolling after parking I had to block the boat tires or apply the friction brake.

Here is what Marty came up for us with when he was researching them. It is an Attwood the shaft is 1 3/4 and the wheel is 1000 lb rating.

That Atwood looks pretty good. I'll do some searching.
