Hi Everyone - I own a 1968 Correct Craft Barracuda. Here are some pictures: https://www.instagram.com/correctcraftbarracuda/

Unfortunately she needs a new thermostat and new water pumps. She is powered by a water cooled Chrysler 310. Does anyone know a good mechanic in Southern Maine or in the Boston metro area?

Thank you,
Rafe

Rafe,
In http://www.correctcraftfan.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=47732&KW=mechanic&PID=572760&title=need-a-thermostat#572760" rel="nofollow - your previous post in July, you said you did have a mechanic. What happened to him? Also, did you ever get the thermostat conversion kit for the 318 and the raw water pump impellers?

Those are straight forward jobs - any marina or mechanic should be able to handle them. You could also do all that work in about an hour with a basic tool set in your driveway. If you have the time, do some searching and youtube watching on the replacement process.
