I have a 2002 Super Air Natique we just took it out for the first time this year ran great got right up to speed.. Then we smelled something and the engine compartment was half full of water. The same thing happened the last time we took it out last year I took it to a dealer to get fixed they told me it was the shower leaking. and they replaced the fitting. Any idea why I would be taking on water in a matter of 5 minutes of running the boat. Plug is always in and secure. Also there was water in the front locker with the blast sits.

Packing gland? I had that happen to one on my boats. No balsam system on mine, but lots of water coming in!
