Anyone else getting a slow response from SkiDIM? I emailed them 4 days ago asking for a shipping quote but no reply. Placed an order 2 days ago and no confirmation or shipping details yet. Guess its a busy time of year but still...

I called them Friday morning because I was looking for something that I couldn't find on their website. Vince answered on 2nd ring, placed order right then. Tuesday afternoon my order was on the front porch.

Being it's right before Memorial Day weekend probably one of the biggest boating weekends next to 4th ofJuly they're probably quite busy. Their service is usually quite good.

I dropped over $1,500 at skidim.com over the past few months. Their service was top-notch from my experience. Vince was always willing to listen and offer valuable advice. No complaints from me.

Top notch service.
Cant Understand how someone could get the wrong parts very many times. They log you in as a customer with a detailed list of what your boat is and what options. Always there to help and parts have been shipped on time, never waiting.

Purchased from many times, and never had a problem. Memorial Day weekend is likely the culprit.

I always have a great experience with them. I normally have my parts the next day but I am the next state over.

Yeh Ive bought a lot of stuff of them in the past and have always had good service, it took over a week to get shipment sorted but it was apparently the busiest time of year for them so I appreciate that. Plus Im not the easiest customer as always work to get the best deal on shipping!
