I agree. Look at the aft deck vents. In 78, the deck and vents were changed. It also doesn't have the black vented windshield.

I don't think that 75 early 76 looks too bad from a project stand point. Bet all the original parts are there and clean enough. Look at how rear ward the step pads are.

We all know the small inconsistencies of CC but in 76 they went to the vented windshield.

BTW, is "rear ward" a nautical term?

Early 76's got the solid anodized windshield along with the rounded fiberglass drivers seat. My 76 is one if those and I believe there's another member the same way.

By rearward I meant the @$$ side of the boat.i

     Agreed! My '76 had the same features as yours...rounded driver's seat, anodized windshield, and no vents. No padded motorbox and was the only Chevy I ever had.
