CC Owners,
Some of the dash plaques are NLA- I took the project on a few years ago to get these back. The PEF Plaques are also available. So if your boat is missing a plaque or you just purchased a CC years 1987-2008- and need to update the PEF Plaque, e-mail me

Marty, can you post a sample of the 2005 plaque. The factory original one I have just looks like an afterthought.

Is the Fossett one any different?

C'MON MAN! It's pictured above

Yes- placement was at the descretion of the owner I guess.

Greg Fossett has his on the helm.

The Foster Family had their's below the throttle.

I think there's room to the right of your Perfect Pass and maybe fit the 2003 year plaque in there.

Don't feel any of those placements really look "engineered" or thought out, the shape just does not work for the dash. Below the throttle looks best but it is also totally out of view.

When I received mine originally from CC I ended up calling the factory to ask where it should go and that is exactly where it was installed.

I have to agree with you CQ... Doesn't look right at all.. Needs to be made where it wraps the gauge and the name is horizontal.. Bad decal !!

Has anyone ever tried to remove the glass bezels on a 1985 Nautique? Id like to clean behind them and maybe try to touch up my speedo's black trim around the edges. It looks like the black trim paint is cracking and spider webbing out.

I used mounting board foam tape - cuts easy to get off when needed to remove.

For future members and 'newbies' trying to get in touch with me to order plaques..
E-mail me

Also if you can- when you E-mail me
Send pics of your Dash Pod with what boat(s) you have- and what name you would like on the PEF plaque.
My local Trophy Shop has all the shapes in their system. It takes 2-3 days for them to cut these.

Marty will get back to you eventually and it will be well worth the wait. I think I paid around $15 for mine but that was quite a few years ago so I forget. I don't know of anybody else that is reproducing these and his work is top notch.

Maybe give him the benifit of the doubt. He may not be in a position to respond. Marty has been very great and easy to work with when i got items from him on three different occasions. The plaques are custom ordered (obviously)   He has all the tools neccessary to get them right for your boat. I doubt you will find them anywhere else.   Hopefully he responds soon

Like I said, I've PM'd him here, and used the email he posted. I'll just continue to wait until I hear from him.

Others have explained what's up with Marty but I too would like to comment.
Marty is a very respected member here and making plaques and decals is not a business for him. He does it because he's into CC's just like most of us here. and is not into it for profit.

Just to let others know,
Marty delivered a superior product for my dash. His old style key floats are nearly as good as the originals.
Remember folks, Marty is doing this not for the money, but out of the love he too has for our older boats.

Marty is Da Man. I got a two plaques for the recently acquired 99 SN. One with my screen name and the second with bare feet where the O's are supposed to be. Took A little extra time to get mine as I asked Marty if he could get the REG #'s in the wavy Ski Nautique font. He came thru on those too. Thanks Marty....Check is in the mail!
