Yup. Says right in the text the boat was unveiled to the press at that location and the ski club in the video was one of the fist customers. Look at the photos you'll see the rudder extends out past the transom, cool design. ------------- 1974 Southwind 18 1975 Century Mark II |

I did. Yup the fins were on the large side back then!
I do think it had more than 10 HP but also keep in mind the hull was aluminum. DAVID, That was interesting for sure. That is a 12'-9" Albatross Sport Runabout MK I,II,III. (Check out the web page at Albatross Marine Co.UK) That boat has a wild history and story and is still going strong today. Very cool, also it was powered by a Ford E-100. Hey, thanks for the post it was a joy doing the research.
