Working around Lake Hartwell (GA/SC) this week came across this list of Lake Hartwell slalom courses someone might find useful:

Stephens County GA: Tugaloo River 1000 feet below Hwy 123 fishing pier. Permitted to Toccoa/Stephens County Rec Dept.

Hart County GA: Little Lightwood Log Creek near Hwy 51 bridge. Permitted to Hart County Rec Dept.

Pickens County SC: Twelve Mile Creek above Hwy 133. Permitted to Clemson Univ Dept of Campus Recreation.

Anderson County SC: Seneca River in cove near buoy S58-A. Permitted to Anderson County Planning & Community Svces Dept.

Was at a dealer today and saw a Cobalt for $80,000. By my math that's 16 Southwinds......also unbelievably had a $70,000 pontoon boat.

And for Dawg fans, another dealer had Mark Richt's Centurion there for sale.

looking further at the brochure:

"Seasonal courses on Lake Hartwell cannot be issued to private individuals or groups. Seasonal slalom courses can only be permitted to county, state, or city entities. These four courses do host organized events but are otherwise open for public use"
