I fabbed up this bracket at the end of last year. 3/4 6061 t6 & 2.5 x 1/4 wall 6061 t6 seamless tubing I'm finishing up a couple 1in thick brackets now It gets the rope up about 8 1/2 ft. it works real well.

Hey Doggie,
Very nice, I could use one or two of those! Have a flight pipe I lent out that came back missing 1/2 of one bracket.

Sorry I "dogged out' the pictures. I screwed the pouch on the size edit, had to walk away from it. Took me a while cause the file name had a # in it. Need some training down at the command center with JBear.

I would go beefier more like two boom brackets.

We used it a couple of weekend last year. My son is 6'1" 225lbs,all muscle ,he wake boarded ALOT with it, it's been tested vigorously-But- when I pulled Dan and his wife (hate to say it) tubing together the tube catastrophically failed at about 25 mph and pulled my 300hp boat down quick. The Fly Hi pole and my bracket worked PERFECT I'm proud to say. With that test behind us I built new 1in thick brackets and we now have a solid 2.5 X 30in titanium stub pole mainly for weight. The first one is 5 lbs. the beefed up set up is 25lbs. I'm on this kick of trying to get the best wake with the lightest weight

JBear,
With some luck we'll be back in Fla.
I've got a couple of irons in the fire for transfers now one job is in Jacksonville and one in Ft.Walton Beach Fla. You know how fast the government works, I'm hoping to here about the FW Beach job in the next 30 days. Either one would be great but FWB is the best.
