I went digging through Roy's videos to find a particular one to show some friends and came across this one. It has always been one of my favorite footin' videos so I thought it was about time it got reposted. This video is one of the best for defining the sport, I think.

that fred wingate vid is good too...so is roy's (LOL)
in the Wingate vid there is a great example of a poly e rope recoiling at the very end of the vid

Yeah, I noticed that knee deep water, guess I need to get used to running that shallow if I want to find GLASS like that..

I think Roy got the best vid of David Small freestlying on our Lost Slough on the California Delta (the place LA wants to suck all the water and life out of!) Watch him dodge debris and get crazy showing some footing prowess.
