I did post on Donzi. But as kewl as they think they are there not purist like the inboard crowd. Hense the post here. You could replace your ford exhaust with heavy iron or get a "new" set from me. I dont think 500 is out of line. If you do a search I believe I posted the two sets yrs. ago I'll look

I have two more sets same as above if not better. I bought a houseboat and my fun boat is now a outboard. These are complete motors by the way in a 23 ft. donzi. Volvo I/o package from great lakes never salt. Will list locally as well as Donzi site just remembered selling here.

Yes the whole package times two. yes the Volvo outdrives are badged. these motors ran out fine two seasons ago before I pickled them with green, removed the edelbrock 1409s and sealed the intakes off.

You could have just written   "they are available still "   that would be the tactful way to repost them.

Pretty sure with his line of work he may not even be home right now. Seems he goes off the radar for weeks when bad weather hits. I would cut him some slack especially if he says you guys are close to a deal because he's not a tire kicker.

Pretty sure someone could return a phone call from multiple texts as well as messages over a weeks time esp. after basically killing this thread. So stick up for Jeff if ya want I'm moving on. My phone # is how to reach me I don't visit here frequently.

I'm not sticking up for Jeff just trying to help you preserve a deal on both your parts that may be in place because he's done a lot of business through the site and seems like a stand up guy. You can do whatever you want, I was just trying to give you a little insight since you don't visit here frequently.

I'm sorry to hear this. I'm sure there are many Donzie owners who would jump on the manifolds especially since it sounds like the snails are aft facing rather than down. (unless I missed it, I didn't see if you ever answered Tim's question)

Donzi guys don't seem to care about if it's original or not they are looking to go fast and will pop in a chevy dumping the Volvo or eaton drive too

the aft snails is what cc's should have had factory. slight backpressure improved torque and less possibility of wet exhaust valve
Donzi people are just as much nostalgic as this crew! Got water pumps, cross overs, thermo housings.

Yes, CC should have used the aft facing snails. I'd like the look of holes in the aft side of the dog house with the exhaust hose coming out above the sole.
