I've had my eye on this boat for years, and having just bought my own 2016 boat I'm no longer in the market for this one. It's on a beautiful ski site in SE Wisconsin that hosts a lot of great tournaments, just hoping it gets into good hands. Owned by a very nice skiing family. This would be a prefect compliment to the Mars fleet...

That is a really cool boat!! Joel how is that price given the hours and year?? I am not as dialed in the 196 market as you however I would think that is more of a mid 20's boat?? Especially if the trailer is not included as it does not say one way or the other.. Trailer needs to be Blue or White.

The 6 liter and sweet colors help a bunch but with the hours 30k is tough to take.   However there might be someone who has to have it and is into the back story.

It is very likely that this boat has less than 300 hours at above idle speed. I would not be concerned with the hours. It seems to be extremely pampered.

You obviously don't moor your boat. They're very convenient if you do. Not as good looking as a 2 piece for sure though. That's a great looking boat!

I second Tim's statement.

I moor my boat and come to think of it I've never walked nor needed to walk on the bow.

Hours for the price are a bit high but not crazy, but it is a 6.0. If I were to consider looking at a boat pictured with a trailer in ad and the owner later said trailer's not included I'd be a bit ticked. Crazy to think that I ski an 07, same color and graphics but not reverse gel like this, it's an SE I guess, 330 excal, ZO, no trailer, he paid $24k new OTD at Southeast. 10 years and 1000 hours later and it's still worth $24k.

Can't imagine how you hook your mooring line to your bow eye when you're alone and the lake is rough.

Ha, That works on a small lake where you moor 50' from shore in waste deep water and rough is a ripple. On a big lake when it's rough you're apt to be left at the mooring while your boat floats away.

I like that boat, regardless of the windshield!

That is one sweet boat and a very affordable alternative to buying a 200. Roll forward a few years when the boarders are out of the home (did you catch the pun) and that's my next one.

We've had lifts since 1994, but we moored our CC's for 25+ years prior to that. I'm sure bigger lakes present challenges, but you can't say I haven't moored a boat- I still do so from time to time. That windshield is hideous either way! Very cool boat otherwise.

Your only saying that because it looks like a Malibu windshield....

I didn't even notice the windshield. Wouldn't bother me one bit, too busy slaying buoys and getting work done behind the boat.

Then who cares if it's revgel blue with a 6L if you're just running 6@36?

If he really paid that new it is one of the best deals I have ever heard of, the dealer literally gave that boat away losing money on the deal.

I like the walk thru windshields!

Or swimming lessons,

Great price on that boat! nice looking also. would have to agree that 300 hours on a slalom boat is nothing. Run a Diacom scan one will probably see that 260 of those hours were at idle.
Problem is some fool will buy it and put a set of monkey bars on it and pull tubes!!! Seen it way to many times!!

Thank goodness there are walk through fans out there. If I ever stumble across the otherwise perfect boat with one, I will expect every one of you to be eagerly willing to swap me a non-walk through windshield in short order! Darn things cost an arm and a leg from Taylor/CC.

Watching them describe the lake and the course in the video, I couldn't help but think, "yeah the course with optional width reduction buoys"

I know, I know I am such a cynic,...

The trailer is not my first choice. I have one just like it. It'll scrape gel coat off the bottom with the best of em and not in one isolated spot. The big V in front does it (I removed mine) and the set of bunks that are immediately behind that V. are the real culprits. CHris Mars will attest as he had one as well. Key word for Chris though is "had".
