On the 75 SN, I have a line taped to the rudder hole end, and I am trying to pull up the cable under the steering wheel. The rudder end metal will not make the bend as it comes out of the floor. I am thinking of simply cutting off the metal "yoke" and taping my line to the plastic casing, and then taping the new steering wheel end to the line. That should make all the angles work. Any inputs? (Except for the Chinese guy that posted 40 posts earlier).

Pull it from the end
You're pulling it the wrong way. Attach line to helm end and pull through then reverse. |
