Not good meaning Gary is correct- the pump orientation you cited likely indicates a LH engine (which would be confirmed by a pic of your LH prop). That has a number of poor handling issues associated with it on a boat that small.

The fuel rigging shown is also quite concerning, hope you got it squared away since the pic was taken.

yes sir, thats some good info...ill get you that pic of prop soon as i can pull boat out of garage enough to snap a pic
