1996 ski nautique with 495 hrs and very clean
Tab is the new proud owner, first nautique. I hate to admit it, but it's almost as nice and clean as my 86.

Nice sight to come home to, the 86 and the 96 in the carport. [/IMG]
Now the Correct Craft sign looks complete. One for team blue and one for team red.

Great looking boat. Congratulations.
For thousands of years men have felt the irresistible urge to go to sea, and many of them died. Things got better after they invented boats.

wow, too many tubes...that thing looks sweet, you guys are gonna have a blast. Although having met tab, he's probably already thinking about how he's going to weigh it down and build that wake up. Maybe not the best hull for that, but if you get creative it'll work. Really good looking rig.

I like that sign hanging in the garage too, that things awesome!

Good try Bret. Copying the previous owners Craigslist photo with his tubes.
Adam; I told Tab the wakes not going to be as big behind a 2001 hull, but he was ok with that. I'm sure in a few weeks he will be getting creative to figure out how to get more out of it. As for the sign I found it on Craigslist and it the sign from SouthEast in Orlando from the 80's. The date stamped on it is 1985. The other side of the sign is hanging in my game room. [/IMG]

Bobby, you can still get a really good wake out of that boat. Two side sacs next to motorbox and a 600# at the stern and maybe a few bags of sand up under the bow and I think he'll be really happy. Once the platform is submerged an inch or two you know you've got it right.

Hey Bobby and Tab,
Nice job! That 96' looks awesome, but you are going to have a tough sell telling me its cleaner than the 86'! It also always helps if Dad has the bigger engine--just to keep the whippersnapper in line. You would really get a good wake if you put the lady with the pink on the back seat, the leopard skin and green beside the motor, and the leather clad one in Tab's lap.
Congrats,

Beautiful...proves that those low hour finds are still out there if you look...

But I gotta agree with Tom...be hard to prove by me that it is cleaner than the 2001. And even tho I am a tried and true Ford guy and loved my GT-40 equipped boats..my biggest thrill so far this year has been driving that Big Block, Bobby, when the wrecking crew was in town. Thanx again!

Very nice, congratulations fellas!

A smaller (comparatively speaking), more manageable wake is a good thing while learning.

Not nearly as sad as when CC owners are caught in tubes.

Nice find Bobby. That thing looks awesome. Congrats Tab. You're gonna like that.
When people run down to the lake to see what's making that noise, you've succeeded.
