Thanks Keno, True on both counts. I am old, and 62 now.
Unique birthday present this year. My youngest had his first grandchild on the 15th, a healthy little girl. That is pretty cool.
I like to get out and ski on my birthday when the weather is decent but this year we are taking the new grandchild to meet my dad for the first time as soon as the hospital releases her. He is 92 and looking forward to it.
Have a great day boys.
Mark

Happy Birthday Mr Ronald

So let me get this straight, your youngest's grandchild, your great grandchild, your dad's great great grandchild are all hanging on your birthday, does not get much better than that.

And birthday skiing, only managed that once in my life as our lakes in March are usually still in solid form, lol

Thanks Guys, had a great time taking a new grandchild to visit her Great Grandpa and he is a great guy. He had a great time welcoming his newest addition to the family.
Fun to watch the brand new parents, they read everything available so they are the experts and they don't understand why an experienced parent can lift the crying baby from their arms and it 2 seconds have it calmed down. They stand back and look at you like you just sprinkled the baby with fairy dust.   They are new and doing fine it is just fun to observe the learning process. I know I was exactly the same when our first arrived 35 years ago.
Mark

PS: The weather cleared up and the afternoon was great, temp came close to 80*.
I wish we had time to get the boat out.
