I finally finished the new teak platform for my 77 Ski Tique. The original has been refinished so many times that the screws in the bottom are starting to show on the top.

I used the old platform as a basic template, it took a lot of sanding to get a nice.

A look mill has a good stock of Burmese Teak.. I have continued to oil it until it wont absorb anymore. Overall, I am happy with how it turned out.

Thank you! I got lucky finding a place teak in stock so I could select my own boards. It’s a pretty easy wood to work with. No matter how much woodworking I do, I still get a little nervous cutting an expensive teak board. I think I measured every piece 3-4 times before making a cut.

Thanks guys! I’ll let you know if I start making more.   My woodwork time has been cut short by a toddler and a newborn.
