   Hi,

I´m new is this forum and a recente owner of 1979 Chris Craft Ski Nautique with a Ford Commander 351 with 240 HP. I think is the oldes ski boat in Portugal!!

I was doing the maintenece before going to water and noticed that the engine has no thermostat, the former owner must have it removed.
My questions are:
What thermostat should I buy?
What is the ideal working temperature fof the engine?
