I have a 2002 Ski Nautique with the Perfect Pass system program 6.3.   When you set the speed to 30 and accelerate the boat for a run, the Perfect Pass will sometimes start shedding power long before we get to setpoint. Then it will eventually get close to set point about 1 to 2 mph off. We are in the Slalom mode, still reading the book and learning the system. The digital mph does read speed, but I am also having trouble with the Farnia gauge upgrade, the speedometer only goes up to about 25 or so max. Any ideas where to start? I did reseat all the connectors on the perfect pass controller, no change.

Also follow the trouble shoot videos on their website. Does the PP have a paddlwheel? I think you may need to reset all your baselines. PP, especially the older non GPS models, will start out fast then slow down ~1-2 mph to its "set speed". Keeping in mind it's using RPM as its reference point so you have to tell it "32 mph is ~3250rpm"
