did Correct Craft put a fresh water clean out in the transom to flush the motor from the factory?

Yes, as an option. To my knowledge, they utilized the Perco Flushpro. Some have experienced breakage so I suggest the Tim Benjamin method.

If I remember correctly Bret Hectus had issues with one on his Dom/BFN that caused cooling issues.

Jeff, do you need the flush or just curious about it?

I just put the hose fittings that Pete referred to in my intake hose, just connect the hose and all set. Couldn't be easier and no way to pressurize an engine if you leave the hose on with engine off.

The bfn I just made a deal on has this option, have never heard of it. Just. Diggin and learnin! Lol so what was the issues this add on has?

Jeff,
The problems I've heard about are the plastic housing breaking and the spring loaded vale not closing properly. Someone mentioned that Perco made improvements so if you do have an issue with your existing, you could at least replace it with the newer version.
