I am looking for one of these speaker covers for a 1991. These seem to be a pretty common speaker on some Nautiques. Not sure if it was from the factory or the dealer. The build sheet I have for my boat says it had a factory stereo. I have seen several boats photographed with this speaker, so I am hoping to find one.. I have a broken grill and want to keep my 1991 as original as possible. Please help! Thanks

How do you know that is stock from Nautique and not installed by a dealer? Just curious.

I don't. My boat was built with a factory stereo according to the build sheet I have. I have seen two or maybe three boats on various sites that have this same speaker in it. So I can't say if they are factory or not- what I can say is I have seen several NAUTIQUES with these speakers-so that gives me a little hope!

You may want to check to see if the speaker cones are still good. Probably not after 24 years.
May be a good idea to replace all four speakers with new ones....and new matching covers. IMHO Had to do the same on my '93 |

Already did. My boat has 38 hours on it when I bought it last year- Had been stored since new. Just had a broken cover. Thanks

Zach- you ever come across these? You may have one. My boat came from a distributer up that way. I'll look and see. The three boats I have seen these in were from Indiana and Illinois.

OK. My 93 had a different style but I have no record of the original build. Interesting stuff. There is always more to learn with these boats... That's what make it so much fun!

As I recall a 93 is a new style single exhaust quiet boat, but thought I would add the "351 is music to my ears, loud pipes save lives" comment, as required in any stereo related thread..
