Steve...I had never heard of a Rail before. However, a month or so back I came across a Ron Mark's Rail Tunnel Concave in an antique store. Did your Dad's look like this? Same mfgr?? I think Ron Mark's was an Austrailian mfgr.

Wow, sorry for the threadjack! David, no that is not it, I thought I had a picture of it, but all I could find was a picture of the Joe Cash (this is the newer one, my Mom hated it, always went back to her old one). All these skis are still at home in the garage, somewhere. I will dig them up and make sure they make it to Green Lake with the 64 this year.

David - Found a picture, now this isn't my Dad's actual ski but this is pretty close. His had White graphics and was a Rail Customer (this one is a Grizzly model) I remember him saying he had to send information in and it was custom built for him, but it had the same nude color'd bindings, I think that was one of the characteristics of the ski.

Steve....Very cool! Love the old wooden ski's. I have a really nice O'Brien Competition w/ original case. Found it in the Trader Paper back before all the Tradin' Times, and Trader Paper's were displaced by the world wide interweb.

Surprised you noticed Pete.
The winter and another brand have me distracted but can't find a site as helpful as this one where you can get a good yell in' at for not getting it.

I would say it looks more like a 2002 then a 97, 98 got that nice trunk in the back. For $22k, sure would think it would be an 02...

Good catch, the 02 did not, so it must be an early model 98, probably titled in 97. Pretty pricey for a 97 (98)

Trying to sell my boat online, so in a way it is an online find for some.

Any advice on what I could change in order for it to sell better would be appreciated.

I would fit the original hull Sport decals. It looks a bit unfinished without them.

Good luck with the sale...... upgrading?

Oh yeh.... and photoshop the tube out of picture

It's a Beautiful Collegian Seems like he is saying all the right things regarding the restoration. No idea on the "Originality" It's at $3k now, I am sure it won't sell for that. Pretty boat.
