REDUCED!!!! NOW $5,500 I need this gone. We bought a house and are moving. This is a great boat, I just can''t take it with me.

Up for SALE is my restored 1979 Mustang 17 with a Ford 302. The trailer comes with the boat, and it has brand new tires and functioning taillights. This boat runs like a champ. I have pulled skiers, wakeboards, kneeboards, and tubes with the tower. Boat was winterized in October of 2016.

Boat updates (all though it is not an original restoration...the mods are quite nice):
- Reupholstered seats, motor cover, and side pieces for the inside of the boat on both port and starboard.
- Custom fitted Tower that was bolted to the hull (it is in excellent shape).
- The motor has been updated with a new distributor, starter, Edelbrock carburetor with a chrome 14" round air filter.
- Painted with a deep orange with metal flake (if the sun isn''t shining on it, it almost looks burgundy). (Some scratches due to skis and wakeboards, but can be buffed out.)
- Custom Decals on port and starboard, and stern.
- Teak swim platform (needs to be re-teaked), but in good condition.

All gauges work with the exception of the speedometer and hours meter.

I have some original motor cover hinges (missing the bolts), an original dash mustang emblem, a glove compartment, a rearview mirror that seems to be original that can be bolted to the dash, and I have an intact speedo (I believe that all you have to do to get the speedometer working is clean the wiring from the motor and put on the speedo. I also have 5-6 life jackets (2 of which are neoprene and the others are Cabelas), Slalom ski, 2 wakeboards, ski ropes, knee boards, and tube that will be included with the boat. PRICE IS NEGOTIABLE ASKING $5,500 OBO...title in hand and ready to sell. The boat is located at my parent''s house in Laner, SC.
