This is a project (but what boat isn't). I'll start with the needs: engine runs, but trans, Velvet drive 71C needs to be over hauled (stuck in drive as soon as engine starts prop turns). Interior needs to be redone, I replaced the plywood on the seats and built a rear bench seat, I have the tow rope post but it has been removed.
