Selling my baby to upgrade to a new Nautique ... The boat well taken care of, always changed oil with VR1, trans oil changed once a year. I put about 25-30hrs a year on it.
Good things I've done over the past couple of years:
Compression 155 +/- 10 psi across all cylinders about 1000 hrs - runs very strong top speed around 47
Tower with speakers
Perfect pass speed control
ARE shaft, new cutlass bearing
Prop is reconditioned
New valve cover seals (removable wired type by felpro)
Carb rebuilt
New marine distributor Mallory electronic
New timing chain
New impeller
Fuel lines
Fuel filter
Trailer rebuilt, Master craft trailer dual axle, 4 new tires, new master cylinder, brakes, solid take any where, I have extra tire, Hub, Bearings etc. (never wanted to break down)
Shaft packing
I really wanted to keep the boat forever but I found a bigger Nautique so I am going to sell this one. It has good solid stringers always kept under dry storage. The interior is OK. It is original and could use replacing definitely usable. Never wanted to replace...very reliable never left me stranded.
