For Sale: 1986 Ski Nautique 2001
This is a great Ski Nautique 2001 and is a rare find. The boat is blue and white with a blue single axle trailer that was made by CC.
The hull is in great shape. The gel coat has been regularly waxed and maintained and is in excellent shape. There are no soft spots in the floor and the stringers are rock solid.
The motor has 1013 very well maintained hours. The boat has a professionally rebuilt transmission that was done at 940 hours and has performed flawlessly since. I have recently upgraded to electronic ignition and the boat fires right up every time. When the transmission was rebuilt I had the carburetor also rebuilt. Engine oil and filter have been changed every 50 hours and it also has a new fuel filter and new impeller. The engine however does need a new starboard manifold (just the lower half). I am willing to negotiate price to adjust for this minor repair.
Interior is in excellent shape with only a couple of very small (dime size or smaller) flaws in the vinyl near the rear seat due to traffic of people entering from the swim platform. The vinyl is very supple and is bright white, blue, with baby blue accents.
The boat's steering system is in perfect working order and is not stiff at all. This boat handles like a dream.
I have the full owner history on this boat and for a 24 year old boat, you will be hard pressed to find a boat in better condition for the money.
