Bought my sn2001 in October of 2016. I was able to get it for a fantastic price as the previous owner couldn't find the title. The boat was from California and I was able to obtain a paperless title fairly easy. The previous owner knew very little about the history of the boat. He shared that it would overheat after about 30 minutes under power. I replaced the impeller but the problem persisted. Turned out the water strainer was completely clogged with debris. Runs perfect now and never gets hot.

I have replaced the propeller (Acme 540), the strut and bearing, and the steering cable. So far, I have a total of $2000 into the boat. Floors and stringers are in great shape and have no soft spots or indication of rot. My kids are still young but they love the water and already ski, wakeboard, kneeboard, and to my dismay tube. Whomever introduced tubing to the boating world needs a good kick in the jimmy. The end.
