My brother found this boat for us... he’s the best!

Originally equipped with a 165hp 2bbl Interceptor (not sure if its a 289 or a 302), the boat now sports an upgraded top end with P heads, a Speedpro cam (from ReidP), Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, Holley 600cfm marine carb, and 3" exhaust all the way back... though its still breathing through the small Interceptor logs.

The hull is Mahogany and the deck is the common cream. We have not been able to establish whether the boat is a late ''68 or an early ''69, as there are details on the boat that would point to both model years. It has the wide rear scoops and wood based bucket seats common on the ''68 and earlier boats, but sports the smaller Perko bowlight, chrome scoop on the nose, and the wider gauge panel more common on the ''69-70 Mustangs. The build record from Correct Craft would be needed to pin down the exact year. Most of the original details from this era of Mustang are still present- fiberglass floor pan, side pockets, pylon, glass motorbox, etc. Even the original bow staff and flag were found hanging in the previous owner''s boathouse.
